Real Person Moving Beyond Surviving into Joyful Living

by Angela Shelton on January 2, 2010

in Support Networks,Survivor and Supporter's Blogs

Megan started healing at 17 and she’s now in her 30s and understands that surviving is not about staying in trauma.  Living joyfully is what it’s all about and healing is a matter of making a choice.  She’s taking the Courage to Heal to a whole new level.  Due to how much that book brings up conversations and/or triggers, she covered it with a vision board!  Watch the video and see it. I thought that was a great idea.  She also uses my book Finding Angela Shelton.  It is now sold out but we will soon provide it for free via the Survivor Manual so that all survivors can have a copy.

Megan has a Facebook Support Group and a Blog called I Tell My Truth.  You can find her on twitter, too: @MizzMeggs.
