Stop Panic and Anxiety with TFT

I was recently taught by Nora Baladerian how to practice TFT – Thought Field Therapy.  I am now certified to practice it. (it is under Tap Tap Dance Lessons)

TFT was created by Roger Callahan.  Then one of his students, Gary Craig, created EFT which has since become better known.  I never thought tapping would actually lead to healing but I saw it with my own eyes and I experienced it myself.  With TFT, there are recipes or algorithms of tapping places throughout your body.  Much like acupressure and acupuncture points in your body, there are places to also tap.  I tap with 2 fingers, index and middle finger.  Below is a video I did, shot by forensic nurse Janean Fossum, after we did two days of TFT training.  I’ll share many more videos that may help you get out of panic or anxiety attacks, anger, rage, frustration, depression and all kinds of emotional issues soon!

It may sound completely crazy, but many different healing techniques I’ve found seem crazy at first.  When they work, it then seems crazy to stay loaded up with pills, madness and sadness.  There are all kinds of techniques out there.  I’m glad to share the ones I find on the Survivor Manual.
